The hospital Clowns are doing an admirable and important job every day. Not all heroes wear capes - some wear red noses and colourful clothes and wobble around in hospital hallways.
To highlight the vital work of the hospital clowns, we brought a microphone and a camera and walked the streets of Oslo, asking people one simple question:
How do hospitals make you feel?

The campaign was widely shared among the target audience, Gen X and Baby Boomers, with viewers actively spreading the video on social media. This organic sharing raised awareness and translated into increased donations to The Hospital Clowns.
